The Process

First Impressions

The staging consultation will include a walkthrough of your home as well recommendations on how to best prepare and present your home for sale.  We will show you how to maximize your home’s features while minimizing any draw backs. My stager’s keen eye for detail and design experience will emphasize your home’s value to a broad variety of buyers so they can visualize living there.

Setting the stage

In most cases staging your home will cost you absolutely nothing! Home staging is a complimentary service and my staging and organization expert will work with the items you already have to stage your property. In some cases, such as outdated paint colours, a minimal investment is suggested to get the home ready for sale.

Marketing

After the staging and preparation is complete my professional photographer will take photos and create a 3d home tour (or virtual tour if you prefer) before your property is listed for sale. 3D mapping is an innovative new technology that creates a completely immersive experience for the potential buyers of your property. Potential buyers can experience a 3D home tour completely at their leisure.
